They say hindsight has 2020 vision. And I find it quite fitting now that we are in the year 2020 that I share this quick story with you.

10 years ago almost to this day, I got my first mega order. It was 300 cupcakes with rose petal frosting for a school Valentines function.

I was so excited, and I was busting my hump for over four days to meet the deadline. I even had to use my neighbors oven and spare refrigerator to bake and store all 25 dozen cupcakes in time.
