Wholesome and delicious!


  •  2 cups almond meal
  •  ¾ tsp baking soda
  •  ½ tsp salt
  •  3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  •  3 tbsp honey, melted
  •  ½ tsp SCD-safe vanilla extract
  •  3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  •  3 eggs

Cashew Cinnamon Glaze:

  •  2 tbsp cashew butter (or smooth peanut butter if you prefer!)
  •  1 tbsp honey
  •  1 tbsp coconut oil
  •  ½ tsp SCD-safe vanilla extract
  •   tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 180C/375F
  2. Melt coconut oil and honey in a small microwave safe bowl
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  4. Divide batter evenly between 12 moulds in a donut pan (each one should be a little less than halfway full of batter)
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and allow the to cool before removing from the pan
  6. Melt all ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl
  7. When everything is melted, whisk until it's super smooth
  8. When donuts are completely cooled, dip them in halfway into the glaze
